The Board of Directors of AISB wishes to inform that with effect from 27 May 2009, Mr. Lim Yew Boon shall cease to be the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company. However, he will remain as a Non-Independent Executive Director. His responsibilities and functions shall remain the same. |
